We can engrave or print anything that you desire. We can use any combination of text and art, and we have no restrictions on things like character count or art usage.

For our engraved products, there are no quantity minimums or setup fees.  Although quantity discounts do apply, we can make as few as one glass!

Either one. We have a number of unique designs that can be easily customized just by entering information in the order form boxes. Or, you can start from scratch and create your own design for use on one of our products.

Absolutely. We can accept most file types, to include jpeg, bmp, tif, pdf, doc, and eps. Items that allow for customer supplied art (i.e. the Make Your Own or Bulk items) have an order form input to attach art files.

Prices is displayed for each individual item. Other than the photo/vector setup charge, there are no additional charges, fees, or costs (other than shipping). Discounts are automatically applied for items of the same design that are placed in the cart as a quantity.

Absolutely! We can do orders for parties, weddings, business applications, groups, etc. We offer significant discounts for bulk orders.

Orders will normally leave our facility within 3-5 business days of order placement. Large bulk orders may take longer. Please note that after we ship the order, shipping transit times will also apply. Ground shipping transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on your location in the country. (Seasonal times vary)

You will only be charged tax if the order is being shipped to a Texas address. In that case, Nevada sales tax will be added.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bitcoin, and Paypal.

Yes. We conduct our transactions through one of the industry leaders in security and protection. All credit card information is encrypted prior to transmission. The transaction is handled within the banking system, and our order administration system only displays the last 4 digits of your credit card.
